Most don't. Arca ensures they don't have to.
What Arca Is
Arca is the secure place where a family's documents, wishes, and trusted people live together — ready for the day they're needed.
Guided setup for the documents most families never organize until it's too late. Every major document type covered.
Precise sharing controls. The right people see exactly what they need. Every access event logged permanently.
Structured instructions for the people you love. Who to call. Where everything is. What you'd want them to know.

How this shows up
Your clients get Arca as an extension of the plan you built — so the documents you drafted are organized, findable, and honored when the moment comes. You stay connected to the family and the next generation, and spend less time untangling disorganized estates.
Arca organizes documents; it is not legal advice, and you remain your client's counsel. Enterprise-grade security protects every referral.
Give families one calm place for the documents, contacts, and wishes that care decisions depend on — easing the scramble your staff fields today. A white-labeled engagement tool that covers the whole family circle, not just the resident in care.
Offer the sandwich generation a benefit that meets them where they're stretched — caring for aging parents while raising kids. Employees get one place to organize what matters; you get a differentiated benefit that eases caregiving-related distraction and absenteeism.
We're onboarding a limited founding cohort. Founding partners lock in preferential terms and first-in-market positioning before the category fills in.
Financial Position
Arca has been built to a working product entirely from founder capital. The platform is live, the trademark is filed, and founding partner conversations are active — without external funding.
We are capable of continuing to bootstrap through the founding partner phase. We are not opposed to the right capital at the right terms — particularly from strategic investors who bring distribution, domain expertise, or institutional relationships alongside their check.
Working product. Security architecture. Trademark filed. Founding conversations active. No dependency on external capital to reach first revenue.
Manual penetration test before first institutional contract. SOC 2 Type II audit (Month 12–18). Product velocity on V2 financial layer. Dedicated enterprise sales motion for employer benefits channel.
Raising capital to find product-market fit. The product exists. The market is validated. Capital here accelerates a path that is already moving — it does not create it.

The Founder

Founder
I didn't build Arca because I saw a market opportunity. I built it because my own family needed it — and nothing out there was built for the moment we were living through.
Arca is seeking founding institutional partners across memory care, estate law, and employer benefits — organizations that understand the problem firsthand and want to be part of the solution before it becomes crowded.
We are selectively open to pre-seed strategic capital from investors who bring more than a check — domain expertise in elder care, financial services, healthcare, or family law; distribution relationships; or institutional credibility that accelerates our channel conversations.
If you're reading this, someone thought this conversation was worth having.
